ALPHA-MAC ships worldwide.

 

Processing Times

Please allow 1 business days to process your order. If for some reason processing times are longer than usual, we will notify you via email. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

 

Delivery Times

 

  • United States:

  • USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 business days

  • USPS First Class Mail: 3-7 business days

 

Canada:

  • USPS First Class International: 5-10 business days

  • DHL Express Shipping: 3-4 business days

 

Other International Destinations:

  • USPS First Class International: 5-10 business days

  • DHL Express Shipping: 3-4 business day

  • Delivery time is not guaranteed for USPS Standard Shipping. If there is a deadline you need to meet, please contact us at contact@alpha-mac.com.  The above are estimated times required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases, the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS, TAXES, DUTIES, & TARIFFS

  • We are not responsible for customs, taxes, duties and tariffs. Unfortunately, this is something we have no control over. It is all based on the laws, rules, and regulations in your respective country. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address.

  • We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. ALPHA-MAC is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested upon delivery of your order. Please make yourself aware of your country's customs regulations before placing your order. 

  • If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please note ALPHA-MAC will not be held responsible for any additional shipping charges. All shipping charges including returns/ exchanges are at the buyer’s expense unless specified otherwise by support. 

 

Additional Information

 

  • If you experience any issues while entering your shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email contact@alpha-mac.com. If you notice a discrepancy with your shipping address when you receive your confirmation email, please contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes before your order is dispatched. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. If a customer makes an error in entering their shipping address during the checkout process, ALPHA-MAC reserves the right to charge a re-shipment fee.

 

Coupon Codes

  • Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update. We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted. Only one code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be applied after an order has been placed.

Returns and Warranty Policies

General Information

  • Customers can contact our Customer Service team by starting a Support Ticket.

 

  • Order cancellation requests must be made prior to shipment. Once a tracking number has been generated, a $25 intercept fee will apply for cancellation requests. For security reasons, we are unable to change shipping addresses for any reason.


 

Returns

  • Returns may only be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We will issue a refund less original shipping upon return and inspection.

 

  • Refunds are processed within five (5) business days of return. Alternatively, a store credit can be requested by customers planning to order a replacement.

  • Refunds are issued within 7 days delivery. Store credit is issued within 8-30 days of delivery.

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted after 30 days of delivery.

 

 

 

Exchanges

Exchanges

  • Complimentary exchanges are granted within 7 days of delivery, customers will be responsible for return shipping. ALPHA-MAC does not issue return labels. If you wish to exchange your order, shipping the replacement product to you will be complimentary 

  • Return shipping must be insured and have tracking number to confirm delivery


 

 

Warranties

 

 

Standard Warranty​

 

  • If warranty service is requested due to a hardware failure within one (1) year of delivery, the customer is responsible for return shipping unless 3 Year Warranty Coverage is purchased.

 

  • We will replace or refund the covered product based on available inventory.

 

  • Service is normally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.

 

  • Our standard warranty is voided if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.

 

Extended Warranty​

 

  • We offer a Three (3) Year Limited Warranty Coverage plan on many products, which can be purchased anytime within the fourteen (14) day return policy (see Returns).

 

  • The warranty will take effect from the original date of delivery regardless of when it is purchased.

 

  • In the rare event of a hardware failure, the customer receives a prepaid shipping label to return the product for warranty service.

 

  • If a covered issue occurs within the first year, we will replace or refund the covered product based on available inventory. If the issue occurs more than one year but less than three years from the order's original delivery date, we will issue a refund of the current selling value minus the original cost for warranty.

 

  • Service is normally completed within five (5) business days of delivery.

 

  • Our extended warranty is voided if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.

 

Apple Limited Warranty & AppleCare+

  • The following only applies to products that include an Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+ coverage plan, which will be disclosed prior to purchase in the tech specs.

 

  • Coverage can be verified through Apple by clicking here.

 

  • Products with an active Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+ coverage plan that require warranty service must be repaired through Apple. You can start a service request by clicking here.

 

  • Due to reseller restrictions, any active Apple Limited Warranty or AppleCare+ coverage plans included in a purchase from Alpha-Mac will not include: accidental damage protection, phone support, or software support.

 

Exclusions

  • Consumable parts such as batteries and media drives are not covered by our warranties.

 

  • Reported issues that are found to be false during RMA inspection will result in deductions to the refund, up to and including the entire refund amount.

 

  • Products that have suffered damage (e.g., abuse, accidents, liquid damage, misuse) or were returned for warranty coverage under false pretenses are not eligible for return or service, and may only be returned to sender at our discretion.

 

  • Software issues, including missing or altered user data, are not covered under our warranties.

 

  • Any third-party fees, including but not limited to: diagnostic, repair, and shipping, will not be reimbursed.

 

  • Factory sealed products are subject to a 15% restocking fee once opened, if returned.

 

  • All coverages and warranties are voided if the product is transported outside of the United States of America.
